If you have any technical questions regarding the products please fill out the support form. We respond to submitted forms and emails within 48 business hours.
Our intention is of course to keep our products as bug-free as possible. For this purpose we appreciate the feedback and support forms that you send us. If you encounter a bug, please send as much information as possible about where and when it occurred, so that we can find the problem and fix it.
Existing customers have access to our products‘ version history, and they can find out from this whether or not it is necessary for them to download the latest version of our software.
How to submit a bug report
- Check the support forum first to find out whether your issue has been discussed or resolved there.
- If this doesn’t help, please fill out the support form as thoroughly as possible.
- Please fill the form thoroughly.
- Choose the right product that the problem is related to.
- Remember to type in the version of the product; most of the time the problem has already been solved in our latest version of the software.
- Fill in your email address and/or your phone number so we can contact you as soon as the issue is fixed.
- Let us know the operating system and its version you are developing for.
- If you received an exception, please provide the information from the call stack.
