with the January 2013 release of Bee Mobile iPack we are bringing you 5 brand new .NET Compact Framework controls for your development: DataGrid, BarChart and ColumnChart, Gauge control, Valve control. All of them are controls which were requested by many of our clients. The controls run in any of these environments:

Windows CE, Windows Embedded Compact 7.0, Winodws Mobile

DataGrid control

DataGrid is a great substitution for the standard Visual Studio DataGrid control. It contains many features which make it very flexible and customizable. The most powerful features include: DataBinding, Cell Editing (either with built-in TextBox or you can provide your own custom editor), Touch scrolling. BarChart and ColumnChart

BarChart and ColumnChart are two charting controls which you can use to visualize a series of data in a stylish and user-friendly way. Both charts are totally customizable in the terms of colors, scale ranges, labels, etc. Visit BarChart and ColumnChart web pages to find out more about them.

Gauge control

Gauge control is great for visualizing a certain value from a range of values. You can divide your scale into sub-scales to colorfully distinguish them. This is useful for example if the visualized value should be in a certain range. In that case you can assign e.g., a green color to that sub-scale. You can also assign custom labels to certain values on the scale, such as: empty, full, optimum, danger, low, etc.

Valve control

Valve control is somewhat similar to Gauge control in the terms of functionality (you can also use it to visualize a given value from a certain range), but it uses another graphical approach. Furthermore you can visualize not just one, but several values from a range. Valve control is also very flexible and customizable as you  can specify the range of the scale, divide it into sub-ranges, distinguish the sub-range with different colors, customize the amount of ticks on the scale and also add custom labels poiting to the scale.

All our existing customers with valid subscription can download the new controls completely free of charge from the customer web portal. If your subscription expired, you can renew it from the customer web portal. As our existing customer you automatically receive a discount. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
